Cathy Fricke, skin care specialist, is part of the UC Health Plastic Surgery team which offers a full range of skin rejuvenation and cosmetic surgery for the face and body at University Pointe in West Chester, Ohio. Cathy brings 15 years of clinical skin care experience to UC Health Plastic Surgery’s advanced skin care practice, educated in the latest technology and specialized education on all facets of skin care. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists since 1993 and a permanent make-up artist.

The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists is an organization which promotions education, enhancement of clinical skills, and the delivery of safe, quality skin care provided to patients in offices of plastic surgeons certified by or eligible to sit for examination by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Ellen Fuhrman is a Licensed Practical Nurse who has 36 years of experience as a nurse, the past 20 years working with UC Surgeons. She assists the surgeons at UC Health Plastic Surgery with patient counseling, preoperative and postoperative patient care, as well as office and non-invasive procedures. Ellen has received special training in the Palomar Intensed Pulsed Light procedure for permanent hair reduction, and is also expert in breast tattooing for breast reconstruction patients in which tattooed color is applied to give the appearance of a natural nipple.
